The November update pointed at the constant flow of reactions via our website. To deal with these reactions efficiently we agreed to the following strategy:
- we will collect, respond and save all messages and enter these into our expert database in Access;
- to keep these people informed we will subscribe them to our Newsletter, which will first be published in January 2007;
In case a sender of a message via our website is from one of the countries participating in our project, we will forward this message to this partner; this way you will each get insight in possible experts in your country. We strongly suggest that you keep the messages of experts of your country in your own database, for future use.
Each sender of a message will receive a standardized email from us, but feel free to contact the people who send us a message via our website if it is of interest to our project.
Expert data collection via web survey (RISBO)
For the expert data collection for EurOccupations a questionnaire is developed for each of the 150 benchmark occupations. The easiest, quickest and cheapest way to do this is by using a web survey. Of course, on demand a written questionnaire can also be send to experts, whenever necessary. In January a preview of this web survey will become available online. We will keep you informed when you can visit this online preview of the web survey.
